Hosting and delivery via Cloudflare
This website is delivered through the Cloudflare network. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; its representative in the EU is Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosenheimer Straße 143C, 81671 Munich, Germany.
When you open the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the address requested and information about your browser, operating system and data traffic. This is necessary to deliver the website, protect it against attacks and make it load quickly. Cloudflare processes this data as a processor on our behalf.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the USA are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). We do not set any cookies ourselves; for security reasons Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies, for example to fend off automated attacks. More information: Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics with Usermaven (without cookies)
To understand how this website is used, we use the analytics service Usermaven. The provider is Usermaven Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA. The tracking script is loaded from our own subdomain w.dnp.studio and sends the data to Usermaven.
On this website Usermaven runs in cookie-less mode: no cookies are set and no information is stored on your device. Repeat visits are grouped using a hash of the IP address and browser information; for visitors from the EU the IP address is shortened so that only the country and city can be derived. In particular, the pages viewed, the referring source, device, browser and operating system, the approximate location and interactions such as clicks are recorded. Usermaven does not collect names, email addresses or other directly identifying details.
Usermaven processes the data as a processor on our behalf, according to its own information mainly in the European Union. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in statistical analysis and in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing at any time, informally by email to the address above. More information: Usermaven’s privacy policy.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your details (such as your name, email address and the content of your message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Fonts
The typeface used on this website is loaded directly from our server. No data is transmitted to third parties such as Google.
Theme setting (light/dark)
If you choose the dark theme with the switch at the bottom left, this setting is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so that it is kept for your next visit. The setting is not sent to us and can be deleted at any time with the switch or in your browser settings. It is stored only at your express request (§ 165(3) TKG 2021).
Links to other websites
This website contains links to our clients’ websites and to other services. Data is only transmitted to the operator of such a website once you follow the link; that operator is responsible for its own data processing.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
Objection to advertising emails
We hereby object to the use of the contact details published under the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam emails.
